What is Persify?

With Persify you can:

• Sync store listings and orders.
• Manage artworks, cliparts, and orders.
• Use AI to create print files from customer notes.
• Send orders to vendors automatically or manually.

How to Process Orders in Persify

1. Step 1: Connect Your Store

• You can add unlimited stores to your Persify account.

2. Step 2: Sync Listings and Orders

• Active listings and orders will sync gradually from Etsy to Persify.

3. Step 3: Upload Cliparts (Optional)

• If you let customers pick images from a list, you need to upload these images as cliparts.

4. Step 4: Create Artwork

• You can upload a PSD file or create a manual design inside Persify.
• Set up personalization options for your listing.

5. Step 5: Link Artwork to Listings and Vendor Products (if needed)

• Linking allows Persify to know which artwork is connected to which listing. This step is essential to make sure the correct artwork is used when applying personalization to each customer order.
