How to Automatically Send Orders to Vendors
- To enable automatic sending to vendors, go to Setting → select General → toggle on the Auto send orders to vendor feature.
- After enabling, you can set the number of hours. Persify will automatically send orders to vendors after that time.
The minimum time you can set is 1 hour.
- Click the Save button to save the update.
When this feature is enabled, orders with the “Ready to Fulfill” status will be automatically sent to vendors after ( X ) hours, except for orders from products linked to custom vendors.
Persify combines items with the same order number and vendor that are in 'Ready to Fulfill' status into a single order before sending them.Updated on: 30/12/2025
