> ## Knowledge Base Index > Fetch the complete knowledge base index at: https://support.persify.io/sitemap.xml > Use this file to discover available pages before exploring further. > Pure-Markdown content can be obtained by appending a '.md' suffix to the content URLs listed in the sitemap (without the trailing slash). # Upload and Edit Cliparts # What is Clipart Cliparts are images that you provide for customers to personalize their design. *For example, the Sitting Dogs category includes cliparts such as Airedale Terrier, Akita, Australian Shepherd, Beagle, and more.* ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_1uq35hj.png) When you add a layer with a clipart category to your artwork, you can select a clipart from that category to personalize the design based on the customer's order in Order section. # Upload Clipart There are 2 options to upload clipart: 1. **Option 1** * Click on **New Category** ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_14tyism.png) * In **New Category** pop-up, fill in the **Title**, select the parent category → Click **OK** to create new category. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_nkx9mq.png) The system will automatically assign the default parent Root (placing the newly created category at the outermost level). You can click on **Add new** to upload one or multiple images → Click on **Select** button ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_asm0b2.png) Or you can click on **Import from folder** to upload clipart in folder format. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_i2v341.png) 2. **Option 2** * Click on **Import from folder** to upload clipart in folder format ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_1rqdm23.png) ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_os2ydo.png) * Note: A folder can only contain multiple images or subfolders within, not both. || Size limit for Cliparts: The maximum size is 64 megabytes (MB) per clipart (recommend size < 32MB). Each Clipart cannot exceed 64 megapixels. (You can calculate megapixel by multiplying the height with the width of image. For example: an image is 8000x5000 px --> 40 megapixels) # Import from Zip File ### Zip file requirements 1. The folders must be zipped into a .zip file (no .rar or .7z files). Currently, only .zip files are supported. 2. Format of zip file: ***For cliparts only:*** * The zip file needs to include a folder named **"Cliparts"**. * The **"Cliparts"** folder can either contain multiple images or subfolders inside, but not both. E.g., ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/a836ece0c4805800/image_1fsxfzq.png) ***For cliparts and thumbnails:*** * If you want to upload thumbnails for the cliparts in the **"Cliparts"** folder, you need to create a folder named **"Thumbnails"** within the zip file. * The **"Thumbnails"** folder must have the same directory structure as the "Cliparts" folder. * For the thumbnails to display correctly for the corresponding cliparts, the thumbnail file names must exactly match the clipart file names. Images in the clipart category will be sorted alphabetically. 5. The maximum size allowed is 1 GB. 6. If the zip file has a different structure, the upload will fail. ### How to use 1. Enter **Title** of clipart category → Click on **Upload file** to choose your desired Zip file → Click **OK** ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_1w1a0pf.png) 3. The system will display a notification that the zip file has been successfully uploaded. However, processing the file will take some time, and the duration depends on the size of the zip file you uploaded. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_ehyw2p.png) When the zip file is successfully imported, the system will send a notification. You can view the uploaded clipart category by clicking the notification. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_19vmw9.png) ### Notifications The system will send you a notification when the zip file is successfully imported, if there is a zip file error, or if thumbnails are missing. 1. **Successfully imported** The system will send a notification when the zip file is successfully imported. You can view the uploaded clipart category by clicking the notification. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/a836ece0c4805800/image_1r89gkx.png) 2. **Zip file error** If the zip file upload is unsuccessful, the system will send you notifications as shown below. Please check the zip file to ensure it meets the requirements. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/a836ece0c4805800/image_1boklye.png) 3. **Thumbnails are missing** During the zip file upload process, if any clipart is missing thumbnails, the system will send a notification with a list of the clipart missing thumbnails. You can click on **View category** to see the clipart category you uploaded. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/a836ece0c4805800/image_1ajw9z6.png) # Edit Clipart 1. **Edit name** * Click on the pencil icon to edit name of clipart (by default, clipart name = name of the image when uploaded) ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_vspji6.png) * Press **Enter** or click on the **check** icon to save, click on the **x** icon to discard changes. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_9n4c49.png) 2. **Delete clipart** * Click on the **Trash** icon of the clipart and confirm to delete it. The system will remove the clipart as soon as you tick **Yes**, tick **No** if you want to cancel. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_8acpg2.png) * If you want to delete multiple cliparts at once, you can choose to show cliparts in detail view, then select cliparts and click **Delete** button ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/7/9/0/c7909319124ac800/image_e2uv7x.png) 3. **Thumnail** * Thumbnail image is the image representing the original clipart, which shows on personalization form.
