# List of Orders

To view all orders synced to Persify, click the **Orders** tab in the left-hand menu.

# Item Status

You can view the items in orders by status to see which items are currently in each stage.

# Search Order

You can search for a specific order by clicking on **Search** button and entering its order number, listing title, SKU, or customer name in the search bar.

# Filter Order

If you want to filter orders based on specific criteria, click the **Filter** button.

Persify supports you to filter orders by:
* Store
* Fulfillment Option (All, Manual Fulfillment, Integrated Fulfillment)
* Fulfillment Status (Fulfilled, Partially Fulfilled, Unfulfilled)
* Time Period

# Sort Order

You can sort your orders by **Newest** or **Oldest** first

# Order information

The order table provides the following details for each order:

1. **Order number**: The unique order ID shown in your store.

2. **Created**: The date the order was created in your store, shown in your local timezone.

3. **Customer**: Displays your customer's name.

* Click the arrow icon next to the customer's name to view additional information such as email and shipping address.

* You can edit the customer’s name and address in the order details page.

4. **Source**: The name of the marketplace where the order was synced from.

5. **Fulfillment Status**: Displays the current fulfillment status of the order.

* **Fulfilled**: All items in the order have been marked as fulfilled.
* **Partially Fulfilled**: Some items are fulfilled, others are not.
* **Unfulfilled**: None of the items in the order have been fulfilled yet.

6. **Items**: The total number of items in the order.

If the customer’s note includes personalization for multiple designs or quantities, you can use the **Split order** feature to generate separate print files in the order details.

7. **Total**: The total price of the order.

8. **Actions**: Click the **three-dot** icon and choose your desired action: View Details or Export Order.

# Bulk Actions

Select one or more orders → click **Bulk Actions**.

Choose one of the following options:
* **Export**: Download the selected orders as a CSV file.
* **Export & Archive:** Export the selected orders as a CSV file and move them to the **Archived** section.
* **Archive**: Move the selected orders to the **Archived** section.
