List of Orders
To view all orders synced to Persify, click the Orders tab in the left-hand menu.
Order Status
You can filter orders by status to see which orders are currently in that stage.
Search order
On the Orders page, you can search for a specific order by entering its order ID in the search box.
Order information
The order table provides the following details for each order:
- Etsy ID: The unique order ID shown in your store.
- Order Date: The day the order was created on Etsy in local timezone.
- Product name: The name of your product. You can click it to view the product in your store.
- Quantity: The number of items in the order.
If the customer's note includes personalization for multiple designs or quantities, you can use the Split Order feature to generate separate print files:
- Click the pencil icon next to the quantity → Click the plus icon to add a new split.
- Adjust the quantity for each split by entering a number, or remove a split using the trash icon.
- Click Save after making your adjustments.
- Design: A preview of the artwork with applied personalization.
- Order Status: Shows the current status of the order. View detailed statuses of orders here
- Tracking number: After the vendor updates the tracking number, it will be synced to both your Persify and admin accounts.
- Actions: Options to view the print file, copy it, edit personalization, or change the order status
Export all filtered orders
- If your provider supports CSV import, you can export orders from Persify as a CSV file and upload it to your provider’s system for processing.
- You can choose to export from the Current Page or All Orders by Filter.
- In the Template section, select a template → Click Export
You can use an existing template:
Or add a new one by navigating to Export Templates → Add Export Template.
More filters
If you need to filter orders based on criteria, the system provides the option to filter orders through More filters.
The system supports you to filter orders by stores and time:
Bulk Actions
Select one or multiple orders → Click Bulk Actions → Choose Export Order(s) to export your orders via CSV file.
