List of Orders

To view all orders synced to Persify, click the Orders tab in the left-hand menu.

Persify only syncs personalized orders from your store. Personalized orders are those associated with product listings that are linked to an artwork in Persify. Orders from listings not linked to any artwork will not be synced.

On the Orders screen, you will find three tabs:

  • All: Displays all orders synced to Persify.
  • New: Shows synced orders that have not yet been exported.
  • Exported: Displays orders that have been exported to a CSV file.

Search order

On the Orders page, you can search for a specific order by entering the order ID in the search box.

Each split will be treated as a new order and will appear at the top of the order list.
