List of Orders

To view all orders synced to Persify, click the Orders tab in the left-hand menu.

Persify only syncs personalized orders from your store. Personalized orders are those associated with product listings linked to an artwork in Persify. Orders from products not linked to any artwork will not be synced.

Order Status

You can filter orders by status to see which orders are currently in that stage.

For more information about the primary order statuses, please refer to this article: Primary Statuses of the Order

Search order

On the Orders page, you can search for a specific order by entering its order ID in the search box.

Order information

The order table provides the following details for each order:

  1. Etsy ID: The unique order ID shown in your store.
  2. Order Date: The day the order was created on Etsy in local timezone.

  1. Product name: The name of your product. You can click it to view the product in your store.

  1. Quantity: The number of items in the order.

If the customer's note includes personalization for multiple designs or quantities, you can use the Split Order feature to generate separate print files:

  • Click the pencil icon next to the quantity → Click the plus icon to add a new split.

  • Adjust the quantity for each split by entering a number, or remove a split using the trash icon.

  • Click Save after making your adjustments.

Each split will be treated as a new order and will appear at the top of the order list. You can only split an order when its status is 'New' or 'Ready to send'.

  1. Design: A preview of the artwork with applied personalization.
  2. Order Status: Shows the current status of the order. View detailed statuses of orders here
  3. Tracking number: After the vendor updates the tracking number, it will be synced to both your Persify and admin accounts.
  4. Actions: Options to view the print file, copy it, edit personalization, or change the order status
