List of Orders
To view all orders synced to Persify, click the Orders tab in the left-hand menu.
On the Orders screen, you will find three tabs:
- All: Displays all orders synced to Persify.
- New: Shows synced orders that have not yet been exported.
- Exported: Displays orders that have been exported to a CSV file.
Search order
On the Orders page, you can search for a specific order by entering the order ID in the search box.
Order information
The order table provides the following details for each order:
- Order ID: The unique order identification number displayed in your store.
- Order Date: The date the order was placed.
- Quantity: The number of items in the order.
If a customer's note includes details for multiple designs or quantities, you can use the Split Order feature to create multiple print files for a single order. Follow these steps to split an order:
- Click the pencil icon next to the quantity → Click the plus icon to add a new split.
- Adjust the quantity for each split by entering a number, or remove unnecessary splits by clicking the trash icon.
- Click Save after making your adjustments.
- Design: A preview of the artwork with the applied personalization details.
- Product: The name of your product. You can click the product name to view it on your store.
- Personalization Note: Click the eye icon to view the full personalization note.
- Personalization Status: Indicates the current status of the personalization:
- Incomplete: No personalization has been applied.
- Partially Complete: Some layers of the artwork are not yet filled.
- Complete: All layers of the artwork have been fully personalized.
- Auto Complete: The artwork layers have been automatically filled by AI.
- Personalized By: The account name of the user who personalized the order.
- Print File: Displays the current status of the print file:
- No File: No print file exists for the order.
- Rendering: The print file is being generated.
- View File: The print file is ready to view.
Export all filtered orders
- If your provider supports importing orders via CSV, you can export orders from Persify as a CSV file and upload it to your provider’s system for processing.
- You can choose to export from the Current Page or All Orders by Filter.
- In the Template section, select template → Click Export
You can select an available template
or add a new one by navigating to Export Templates → Add Export Template
More filters
If you need to filter orders based on criteria, the system provides the option to filter orders through More filters.
The system supports you to filter orders by stores and time:
Bulk Actions
Select one or multiple orders → Click on Bulk Actions → Choose Export Order(s) to CSV.
