Link Artwork to Your Products

Why You Need to Link Artwork with Your Product

Linking your artwork to the corresponding product in Persify ensures that personalized orders are properly synced. It also allows you to customize the linked artwork in the Personalized Orders section of Persify, making order processing faster and more efficient.

How to Link Artwork to Product(s) in a Store

Click the Link to product button located on the right side of the screen.

In the popup window, you will see a list of products from your store.

Type the product name into the search box → Check the box next to each product you want to link → Click the Save button to complete the linking process.

You can link one artwork to multiple products within a store, and also link multiple artworks to a single product.

How to Link Artwork to Products from Multiple Stores

If you have connected multiple stores to Persify and want to link the same artwork to products from more than one store:

Click the Link to product button
In the popup window, navigate through the tabs to view products from each of your connected stores.

Select the appropriate tab for each store → Check the boxes next to the products you want to link.
Repeat this process for other stores if you wish to link the artwork to products across multiple stores
Once finished, click the Save button to link the artwork to all selected products.

How to Unlink Product(s)

Click the Link to Product button.
In the popup window, locate the products currently linked to the artwork. These will be marked with checked boxes.

Uncheck the boxes for any products you want to unlink → Click the Save button to apply your changes.
