How to Personalize Order(s) and Render Print File(s)
To personalize order(s) and generate print file(s) in Persify, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the Order Details
Go to the Orders section → Click on the Order Number of the order you want to personalize.
Step 2: Open the Personalization Interface
In the Print Files section of the item, click the Pencil icon.
This will open the Approve & Personalize Order popup.
If the item includes multiple print areas or artworks, you can choose the specific design to personalize.
In this popup, you can review the customer's note and edit the artwork details.
Step 3: Review the Customer Note
On the right-hand panel, you can view any notes or instructions from the buyer in the Customer Note section.
Step 4: Complete the Personalized Options
Below the Customer Note, fill in the fields under the Edit Artwork Details section. These fields correspond to the customizable layers in the artwork.
Step 5: Adjust and Preview the Artwork
You can see live changes in the preview panel on the left.
To adjust a layer, click on Layers and select the layer you want to edit. A blue frame will appear around the selected layer, allowing you to move, resize, and rotate it.
- To move the layer, drag and drop it directly in the artwork preview area.
- To resize, click and hold the corner of the selected element, then drag.
- To rotate, click and hold the rotation handle at the top of the selected element.
- To hide a layer, click on the eye icon next to that layer.
To make it easier to edit your design, you can:
- Change the background color if your artwork has a transparent background. This is just for preview and won’t appear in the final print file.
- Use the zoom icon to zoom in or out for a closer look.
- Click Fit to make the design fit perfectly inside the preview area without zooming.
Step 6: Save and Render the Print File
After completing your personalization:
- Click Save and Render to save your changes and generate the print file.
- Or click the arrow down icon and select Save Changes Only if you just want to save updates without rendering.
Step 7: Check Your Print File
- To copy the print file link, click the Copy icon.
- To regenerate the print file, click the Reload icon.
