How to Personalize an Order and Render a Print File

To personalize an order and generate a print file in Persify, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the Personalization Interface

Click the Personalize button next to the Personalization Status column.

This will open the Order Detail screen.

In the order detail, you can view Information and Personalized Options.

Step 2: Review the Order Information

On the left panel, review the customer's order information including attributes like size, color, etc and personalized notes displayed under the Order Detail section.

Step 3: Complete the Personalized Options

On the right panel, fill in the fields under the Personalized Option section. These fields correspond to personalizable layers in the artwork.

Step 4: Adjust and Preview the Artwork

You can preview the design in real time on the left preview panel.

To adjust a layer, click on the Layer List and select the layer you want to modify. A blue frame will appear around the selected layer, allowing you to resize, rotate, and move it.

  • To reposition the layer, drag and drop it directly within the artwork preview area.
  • To resize the layer, click and hold the button at the corner of the selected element.

  • To rotate the layer, click and hold the button located at the top of the selected element.

  • To hide a layer, click on the eye icon next to that layer.

Hiding a layer in the personalized order section will not affect the artwork linked to that order.

You can switch between Full Screen and Small Screen modes to change your workspace view.

Step 5: Save and Render the Print File

Once you have completed the personalization

  • Click Save to save your changes.
  • Click Render Print File to save and generate the artwork as a print file.

Step 6: Check the Rendering Status

In the Print File column, monitor the rendering status of the file:

  • Rendering: Indicates that the print file is currently being generated.

  • Once the generation is complete, you can click on the eye icon to view the print file, or click on the copy icon to copy the print file link.
