How to Manage Your Product Listing

In the Listing Management section, you can view all your products, check which artworks are linked to them, and directly link a product to an artwork.

1. Search for a Product

Use the search bar to find your product by entering the listing title or listing ID.

2. Apply Filters

Click on More Filters to narrow down your search based on the store associated with the product.

3. View by Listing Type

Choose how you want to view your products:

• All: Displays all your products from Etsy.
• Personalized Listings: Shows products that are already linked to artworks.
• Non-Personalized Listings: Shows products that have not been linked to any artwork yet.

4. Product Image: Shows the first banner image associated with your product.

5. Listing Title: Displays the title of your product.

If your product includes multiple variants, click on the Variant to view the list of all variants.

6. Listing ID: Displays the unique ID of your product in your Etsy store.

7. SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Shows the SKU assigned to each product or variant.

8. Artworks Linked: Displays the artworks currently associated with your product.

9. Actions

• Click Link Artwork to select an existing artwork or create a new one.

• To unlink an artwork, simply click on it again.

• If your artwork contains multiple variants, you can:

Link each variant to a different artwork

or choose to apply the same artwork to all variants at once.
