How to Manage Your Product Listing

In the Listing Management section, you can:

View all of your active listings
Link listings to artworks
Connect listings to products from integrated vendors for fulfillment

Search for a Listing

Use the search bar to find your listings by entering the listing title, listing ID, or SKU.

Apply Filters

Click on More Filters to narrow down your search based on the store associated with the listings.

View by Listing Type

Choose how you want to display your listings:

All: Shows all active listings from your store
With Artwork: Shows listings that have been linked to artworks
No Artwork: Shows listings that have not been linked to any artwork

Listing information

Product Image: Shows the first banner image linked to your listing.

Listing Title: Displays the title of your listing.

If your listing has multiple variants, click Variant to view all available options.

Listing ID: Displays the unique ID of your listing in your store.

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Shows the SKU assigned to each listing or variant.

Vendor info: Shows the vendor’s logo and the product name from your fulfillment partner that is connected to the listing.

Artwork link

Linked: This listing is already connected to artwork(s) in Persify.
Blank: This listing has not yet been linked to any artwork(s).

Action

To add artwork to a listing, follow this article: How to Add Artwork for Listings in Listing Management
After adding artwork, you can update or modify the listing by clicking the Edit artwork button.

If there are variants you don’t want Persify to process, open the variant list of your listing → Find the variant you want to skip → Click Ignore.

After you ignore it, all future orders from that variant will automatically be marked as Ignored and moved to the Ignored tab.

You can undo this anytime by clicking the Restore button on that variant.
