In the Listing Management section, you can view all your products, link a product directly to an artwork, and connect product listings to products from integrated vendors for fulfillment.

Search for a Product

Use the search bar to find your product by entering the listing title, listing ID or SKU.

Apply Filters

Click on More Filters to narrow down your search based on the store associated with the product.

View by Listing Type

Choose how you want to view your products:

• All: Displays all your products from Etsy.
• Personalized Listings: Shows products already linked to artworks.
• Non-Personalized Listings: Shows products not yet linked to any artwork.

Listing information

1. Product Image: Shows the first banner image associated with your product.

2. Listing Title: Displays the title of your product.

If your product includes multiple variants, click on Variant to view the list of all variants.

3. Listing ID: Displays the unique ID of your product in your store.

4. SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Shows the SKU assigned to each product or variant.

5. Vendor info: Displays the vendor logo and the product name from the fulfillment partner, which is linked to your listing.

6. Status

• Linked: Indicates that your product listing is linked to artwork(s) in Persify.
• Blank: Indicates that your product listing is not linked to any artwork(s) in Persify.

7. Actions

In this section, you can choose a vendor, select a product, assign product variants to listing variants, and link artwork to listings for fulfillment by clicking Add Artwork.

A popup will appear where you can set up the vendor, artwork, and other details for your product listing.

Vendor Selection

• Choose Custom if you want to fulfill the product yourself.
• Choose a fulfillment partner if you want to fulfill the product through one of our integrated partners. Currently, Persify supports integration with Printway and Dreamship.

a. For Custom Vendor

• Click the Select artwork field to choose one or more artworks for your product variant.

• Click the X icon or press Backspace to remove unwanted artworks.

b. For Integrated Vendor

• After selecting an integrated vendor, a list of their products will be displayed. Search your desired product in search box and click Select to choose the product you want to use for your listing.

• Click on Continue button. Then, assign the vendor’s product variant to your corresponding listing variant.

• Once a vendor variant is selected, its print area(s) will appear.

• Click the Select Artwork field to assign artwork for each print area.

Bulk edit

You can use the bulk edit feature to save time when assigning artwork to multiple variants.
