# How to Import Your Orders into Persify

Follow these simple steps to import your orders into Persify using a CSV file:

1. **Open the Import Orders Tool**

Go to the **Orders** page from the left-hand menu → Click **Import orders CSV**.

2. **Download the CSV Template**

A popup will appear. Click **Download CSV template here** to get the file.

3. **Fill in Your Order Details**

Open the downloaded template and fill in the required details:

* **Order ID**: A unique name or number to identify your order
* **Personalized Note**: The custom message or personalization details provided by your customer
* **Artwork ID**: The unique ID found in the artwork URL. This artwork will be used to generate the final print file.

|| Note: Your file should not have more than 500 rows.

Once done, save the file as a **CSV (Comma delimited)** format.

4. **Upload Your File**

Click **Add file** and select your completed CSV file

Then click **Import**

5. **View Your Imported Orders**

Your orders will now appear in the **Orders** section.
