How to Import Your Orders into Persify

Follow these simple steps to import your orders into Persify using a CSV file:

1. Open the Import Orders Tool

Go to the Orders section in your dashboard → Click Import orders CSV.

2. Download the CSV Template

A popup will appear. Click Download CSV template here to get the file.

3. Fill in Your Order Details

Open the downloaded template and fill in the required details:

• Order ID: A unique name or number to identify your order
• Personalized Note: The custom message or personalization details provided by your customer
• Artwork ID: The unique ID found in the artwork URL. This artwork will be used to generate the final print file.

Once done, save the file as a CSV (Comma delimited) format.

4. Upload Your File

Click Add file and select your completed CSV file

Then click Import

5. View Your Imported Orders

Your orders will now appear in the Orders section.
