# How to Export Orders Using a CSV File

If your fulfillment provider supports importing orders via a CSV file, you can export individual or bulk orders from Persify - including print files and other relevant details - and upload them directly to your provider’s system for fulfillment.

# How to Export Orders Using a CSV File

1. Go to the **Orders** page from the left-hand menu.

2. Select the order(s) you want to export by clicking the checkbox next to each order row.

3. Click **Bulk Actions** → **Export**.

4. In the **Export Orders** popup, choose an available export template

or add a new export template by navigating to **Export Templates** → **Add Export Template**

5. Click the **Export** button to begin the export process.

|| You can only select and export orders shown on one page at a time.

**To export orders based on specific criteria:** Use the **Filter** option → apply the desired filters → select the filtered orders → click **Export**.

|| Persify currently supports exporting up to 5,000 orders per CSV file.
# CSV Templates

You can use an available template or create a custom one that matches your provider’s format.

1. Click on **Export Templates** in the left-hand menu → Click **Add Export Template**.

2. Check the sample CSV format required by your fulfillment provider, then edit your new template accordingly.

3. Once completed, click **Save Template** to save your customized export template.

|| Please check your provider’s CSV format and manually edit the exported file to match their requirements.
