How to Export Orders Using a CSV File

If your fulfillment provider supports importing orders via a CSV file, you can export individual or bulk orders from Persify - including print files and other relevant details - and upload them directly to your provider’s system for fulfillment.


How to Export Orders Using a CSV File


  1. Go to the Orders page from the left-hand menu.



  1. Select the order(s) you want to export by clicking the checkbox next to each order row.



  1. Click Bulk ActionsExport.



  1. In the Export Orders popup, choose an available export template



or add a new export template by navigating to Export TemplatesAdd Export Template



  1. Click the Export button to begin the export process.



You can only select and export orders shown on one page at a time.


To export orders based on specific criteria: Use the Filter option → apply the desired filters → select the filtered orders → click Export.



CSV Templates


You can use an available template or create a custom one that matches your provider’s format.


  1. Click on Export Templates in the left-hand menu → Click Add Export Template.



  1. Check the sample CSV format required by your fulfillment provider, then edit your new template accordingly.



  1. Once completed, click Save Template to save your customized export template.



Persify currently supports exporting up to 5,000 orders per CSV file.
