# How to Connect Your Store to Persify to Sync Listings and Orders

# How to Connect Your Store to Persify

### Step 1: Log In to Your Persify Account

Access your account by visiting [https://app.persify.io/](https://app.persify.io/)

### Step 2: Add a New Store

Navigate to **Store Connect** section → Click on **Add Your First Store**.

### Step 3: Enter Store Information

Fill in the Store Name and Store URL. This will create a store record in Persify and prepare it for connection via the browser extension.

### Step 4: Add Multiple Stores (If Needed)

To add additional stores, click **Add Store** in the top-right corner of the **Store Connect** section.

### Step 5: Install Persify Helper Extensions

Once your store record has been created successfully, click on **Persify extension** in the **Install Persify Etsy Helper guide** section → Add the **Persify Etsy Helper** to your Chrome browser profile associated with Etsy.

### Step 6: Copy the API Key

Return to the **Store Connect** section in Persify and copy the API key from the store record you just created.

### Step 7: Connect the Extension to Persify

* Click the **Persify Etsy Helper** Extension → Paste the API key → Click **Connect**.

* Once the API key is saved, your store will be successfully connected to Persify.

# How to Sync Listings and Orders to Persify

After connecting your store to Persify, you can use the **Persify Extension** to sync your product listings and orders.

|| This extension only works while you are browsing Etsy, so you must open **Shop Manager** to sync your listings and orders.

* Click **Sync Listings & Orders** to begin syncing.

* Products and orders will sync gradually from Etsy to Persify. You can return to Persify to check if all your listings have been successfully synced.

|| On the first sync, Persify will import the **latest 60 orders** that contain a personalized note.

When you have new listings or orders, open the Persify Extension → Click **Sync Listing** or **Sync Order** to update the data.
