# How to Add Artwork for Listings in Listing Management

To add artwork to a listing in Persify, please follow the steps below:

# Step 1: Open the Add Artwork Interface

Go to the **Listing Management** section → Click the **Add Artwork** button next to the listing you want to update.

# Step 2: Select a Vendor

* Choose **Inhouse vendor** if you want to fulfill the product yourself.
* Choose **a intergrated fulfillment **if you want to fulfill the product through one of Persify’s integrated partners. Currently, Persify supports integration with **Printway** and **Dreamship**.

# Step 3: Select Vendor Product and Assign Vendor Variants (For Integrated Vendors Only)

* After selecting an integrated vendor, a list of their products will be displayed. Use the search box to find your desired product and click **Select**.

* Click on **Continue** button. Persify AI will automatically map your listing’s variants to the vendor’s variants.

* Review and assign any unmapped variants by selecting the appropriate vendor variant.

* Once a vendor variant is selected, its corresponding print area(s) will appear.

# Step 4: Select Artwork for Corresponding Variant

### - For Inhouse Vendors

* Click the **Select artwork** field to choose one or more artworks for your product variant.

* After selecting an artwork for a variant, Persify will display a **Smart Suggestion** popup. Click the **Apply to Similar** button to apply the same artwork to other similar variants.

* To remove an unwanted artwork, click the **X** icon or press **Backspace**.

### - For Integrated Vendor

* Click the **Select Artwork** field to assign artwork to each print area.

* After selecting artwork for a variant, Persify shows a **Smart Suggestion** popup. Click **Apply to Similar** to apply the same artwork to other variants with the same fulfillment product and print area.

To reset the artwork mapping selections, click the **Reset** button and confirm your action.
