Artwork Size

What is Artwork Size?

Artwork size refers to the dimensions of the area that contains your design. The production file in the Order section (after rendering) will use the artwork size you have set for that product.
When creating new artwork, you need to define its size.

How to set size for the Artwork?

Go to the Artworks page → Click on Add New button

A window will appear where you can set the size for the artwork.

How to change Artwork Size?

  • Go to Artwork editor
  • Click on the pencil icon next to the artwork name
  • Change the dimension in the Artwork Size section
  • Click Update.

Size Limit

  • Persify currently supports artwork sizes up to a maximum of 12,000 x 12,000 pixels (recommended maximum size 8000 x 8000 pixels for stability).
  • For artwork layers, each layer cannot exceed 128 megabytes (MB) and 128 megapixels.

You can calculate megapixels by multiplying the height by the width of the image. (For example, an image that is 3000 x 5000 pixels is 15 megapixels.)

Please note that the total artwork size is different from the artwork layer size.

E.g., while you can set the total artwork size to be 12,000 x 12,000 pixels, you cannot upload an artwork layer with the same dimensions (which would be 144 megapixels) as it exceeds the size limitation of 128 megapixels. In this case, the artwork layer should be 10,000 x 10,000 pixels, and you can then drag and drop it to fit within the total artwork size.
